This past weekend, the Genius Garage presented its students with the opportunity to work on the crews of three Kalitta Motorsports entries at the NHRA U.S. Nationals. For some, this was their first drag race experience, done around 12,000-hp nitro-fueled earth shakers.
This is the first time that college engineering students have been brought into the fold by a top-tier professional motorsports team. Watch below.
