New Girardo Archive Offers 3 Million Historical Motorsport Images

Girardo & Co., already a well-known vintage car dealer, is now offering gearheads the ultimate online rabbit hole — a searchable catalog of more than 3 million motorsport photos.

The Girardo & Co. Archive recently purchased Photo4, an Italian library of motorsport and automotive photos from 1980 through 2021.

Now, clients can log on, search for photos and purchase high-resolution electronic images. 

Many of the photos have never been published. The photos cover the last four decades of Formula 1 and other types of racing, including rallying. Other photos show sports and touring cars.
