Audrain Motorsport Kicks Off Tours and Rallies Program with Olde World — New England 165

Audrain Motorsport has announced the launch of their tours and rallies program with the inaugural tour, Olde World — New England 165.

The tour, scheduled for Sunday, April 11, 2021, will take a route through New England towns named for counterparts in the UK — a journey from county to county of the “Olde World.” This tour runs across 165 miles on Rhode Island and Connecticut roads, along the coast and through the countryside.

The Audrain Motorsport Olde World — New England 165 is open to vintage cars, classic cars and supercars. The event is strictly limited to 30 cars — each with driver and co-driver — due to COVID regulations.

After a light breakfast, the tour will depart from the Audrain Motorsport Vanderbilt Club in Newport, Rhode Island at 9:30 a.m. From there, it will make its way via a scenic route along Rhode Island’s southern shore. Following a stop for a sumptuous lunch at the landmark Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, the tour will continue via Mystic Seaport into the wine country of Connecticut, where participants will sample some of the region’s local wines.

A leisurely and scenic backcountry drive brings the tour back to Newport, where participants will enjoy a fine English Tea at the Audrain Motorsport Vanderbilt Club and conversation with like-minded enthusiasts who shared the day’s experiences.

The cost of the tour is $950 per car, which must be payed in advance.
